mikes journey day 1 and day 14 compare and contrast

what to look for in these two photos, for compare and contrast
look at the top of the back, you will notice the muscle defention
is starting to change in the 2nd pic. also look at the lower back how
the lats are now showing more into a v taper. this was only 2
weeks of a diet i did for a military friend.
